Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after completing your order. King Tremaine Premium Candies are made fresh to order, meaning your order is made specifically for you when you order. Allow additional time for personalized or custom orders.
Let us know the date of your event and we will do everything we can to accommodate you with our freshest products. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.

Of course. We ship nationwide. You can view shipping rates at checkout.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, indeed. Orders may be picked up at the following locations:
MidCity Makers Market (monthly) Located at Circa1857 1857 Government Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Local Pop-Up (monthly) Located at Electric Depot, 1509 Government Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Zachary Farmers Market (weekly) Located on Lee Street in Zachary, Louisiana
Select Pickup at checkout, then select your pickup date and location.
Is delivery an option?
So glad you asked! Yes, you can definitely have your gifts and other orders locally delivered to your clients, friends or venue. The order deadline for Friday delivery is Wednesday at noon. (cst)
Can I buy King Tremaine Premium Candies at stores?
Absolutely! Go to the Retail tab for a list of gift shops, boutiques and stores that carry our creamy pralines.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept eGift Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and MoxeyPay.
How do I check my egift card balance?
Enter your egift card code at checkout. Your balance will be displayed.
How do I get my event catered?

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your product, you must return it unopened, within 3 days, for a store credit (not including shipping). Shipping will only be covered for incorrect and defective products. Please allow one week for processing.
